When I first read Jack Herer's Emperor Wears No Clothes it got me thinking about Canada's history with Cannabis and I found the story to be incredible to say the least! 400 years ago, the first french settler stayed with his family, Louis Hebert, he was Canada's FIRST MEDICAL MARIJUANA GROWER! 350 years ago, Jean Talon wanted to force the French in Quebec to grow enough hemp so he could have a Tuxedo (un Smoking in french!) made of QUEBEC HEMP to return to france and show his success!
