Dead dolphins on a private beach

(The Gulf of Mexico is no tea party)

I have taken time off from my writing my novel to address this British Petroleum oil spill. Glen Beck can stand on his head and yell about a Progressive conspiracy, which will lead to the end of America. He can say that all day! The John Birch Society said that 50 years ago and the USA is still on the map. This BP oil spill is a real problem, which could destroy the whole earths eco balance for good. This not Glen Beck alarmism, this is for real and we are in big trouble. It doesn’t matter who stops the leek but it must be done! We are talking life or death here. This man made catastrophe can be reversed with the help of scientific reason. When faced with danger, that’s when the mind works the best. However, when greed is the motive then Machiavellian maneuvering takes precedence over the urgency of a disaster. BP like other WASP run corporations only concern is their image and bottom line. Plus maintaining the white power structure.

Greed is good! Good for nothing! Greed should be classified as a mental illness. It’s a form of obsessive/compulsive disorder. Other symptoms are the sociopath tic disregard of other people feelings and put your pleasure above all things. More! More! I want more! I have talking about this for years. I keep repeating myself. That is why I stopped writing commentaries on the Internets.

You notice the tea party movement have been silent since this oil spill happened and the rest of right wing media have silent as a graveyard. The right blames everything on government and the left blames everything on capitalism, I blame everything on all of those entities. I also blame religion too. However, the left is correct when it says Capitalism controls government! Government does not really do a decent job in regulating capitalism unless you are a small business. Republicans and conservatives always leave out words like, “Rich”. They always say: Liberals want to tax America! What they really mean is: Liberals want to tax rich Americans! They also say anti-government rhetoric. You’d think they were fucking anarchists! Once again they leave out a word. They are not anti-Government! They are anti Liberal government! They are anti democracy! Republicans are pro-government! A government that suppresses poor people, a government that destroys the middle class, a government that gives tax money to private corporations and tax breaks to the rich, and a government that passive aggressively maintains the white power structure.

Now the crux of the problem, Capitalism is not only an economic system but also a religion. Many white males have a religious fervor when come to private property and profit. They harping on the fact that capitalism is freedom. Once again they leave out words: Capitalism is freedom for capitalists only. They believe that obtaining profit by any means necessary is God given right. No matter who you hurt as long as you are the winner that’s all it matters. This is social Darwinism at it’s worst. There is major devaluation of labor in the USA right now! If you are a worker, you are a loser! Rich people are successful! You worship success as a God! Do not blaspheme success! How dare you punish success! If exploiting the working class is success! Then we should punish success! Hitler was an individual! Our country stands for individualism! The cult of individualism does not believe in freedom, they believe in might is right. Freedom should only reserved for the one in power.

This oil spill is a result of pure undaunted greed. Solving the problem is NOT going to come from the Government or the Private sector. It’s going from a thinking individual who will ignite a collective action.

The selfish rich will not care about the consequences of their evil deeds. If they found dead dolphins on their private beach, they would sell them to the Japanese!
