New study says medical marijuana dispensaries lower crime rates

A new study released by the RAND Corporation concludes that medical marijuana dispensaries decrease crime levels. Man grew drugs in a bid 'to fund sons' motorcycle ambitions'

A man who legally bought cannabis seeds, but then illegally cultivated them in the hope of selling the drugs to fund his sons' motorcycle ambitions, has received a three year suspended jail term.

Cannabis is the drug of choice among South Australian school students

CANNABIS is the drug of choice for students daring to take it on to school grounds, reports show.

In one year schools reported almost 50 serious incidents involving drugs, which are detailed in the reports obtained under Freedom of Information.

Calif. city votes to curb medical pot industry

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Lawmakers have taken a big step toward downsizing and regulating the medical marijuana industry in the nation's 10th-largest city.
