My family is a mixture of American Indian and Irish: Dominant bloodline in my mother's family being Indian, with Irish dominating my father's family. I inherited the fair skin, red hair, green eyes, freckles on my nose and hot temper of the Irish.

Changes over the years include enough gray to make my red hair look blond and, lucky for me and everyone around me, I have learned to control my temper.

I was married for 14 years during which I gave birth to 6 children. My oldest son drowned when he was 13: The other five are grown now with families of their own.

My life has been an adventure, one that has been both challenging and rewarding; one that I would not have wanted to miss.

I traveled from birth, living overseas in Japan and Italy 3 times for a total of 12 years and visited a number of other countries. I have traveled to or through every state in the US except Alaska. I am a natural southerner, but have recently decided to live in Wisconsin to be near my 3 year old granddaughter Rissa. We are very close.

I enjoy the simple pleasures of life; nature, petting a dog, holding a baby, visiting with good friends, sitting in the sun on a cool day, laying in the grass at night, a good joint at the end of the day. I paint a little, dance nude when I'm alone, enjoy karate classes, write to blow off steam, and listen to music because I need it.

I am intelligent, independent, humorous, happy, passionate and honest to the point of bluntness. I have to work on shyness, but in my reform efforts have had to learn to speak to the public and the press.

I am non-denominational, non-judgmental, non-prejudiced. and non-violent. If asked I will do anything I am able for anyone but if ordered, I tend to plant my feet and become stubborn.

I prefer a meadow to the beach, a brook to the ocean, a tree to a church pew, a picnic to a restaurant.

I prefer thunderstorms to rain; dogs to cats, summer to winter, coffee to tea, and passion to complacency.

I do not use alcohol to any degree but do use tobacco and Cannabis (aka marijuana) without apology. I'm also an ordained minister who, as often as possible, connects with the spiritual nature of all things.

I am creative and calm, maybe because I do use Cannabis on a regular basis. I like the medical, spiritual and creative effects AND, lucky for you, it helps me be nicer to annoying people.. lol That's a joke. No, Really.
